Clear Channel
The project was a renovation of a four story historic building in the Oregon District in Dayton, Ohio. The was the first time six radio stations had been combined under one roof and managed by one organization. The project included corporate offices, sales and management facilities, six broadcast sound-proof facilities with a vertical circulation which connected all aspects of the operation was a fundamental design element.
