Mid Century Modern Refresh
The existing one story house built in the early 1960’s was sited on a beautiful wooded bluff overlooking a private golf course. The new owners purchased the property for a retirement home and wanted to renovate and restore.
A reorganization of the midcentury modern house made an one access for all entry, a major expansion and renovation of the kitchen and addition of a master bedroom suite.
